• Respect for Others: We maintain an inclusive and respectful environment. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior is prohibited. Flow State MMA reserves the right to terminate memberships of individuals who violate these standards.

• Proper Attire: Participants must wear suitable athletic attire during classes. For safety, jewelry and sharp objects should be avoided.

• Timeliness: Please arrive on time for classes. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join once a session has started.

• Content Ownership: All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and videos, is owned by or licensed to Flow State MMA and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• Restricted Use: You may not copy, distribute, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without express permission from Flow State MMA.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
